The new EU Pork, the Smart Choice masterclasses held in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang just kick off!
It was time to roll up our sleeves and get cooking in Vietnam with EU Pork, the Smart Choice campaign, organised by Interporc and FILPORC, with EU support. We brought together 80 talented young chefs for a full day of learning and hands-on experience. They learnt about EU pork cuts and ham carving techniques.
Special thanks to Hướng Nghiệp Á Âu for partnering with us to make this happen. We’re excited to see how these young chefs will integrate EU Pork into their kitchens and menus.
