We’ve worked with the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Seoul to bring the The Pork in Style campaign by INAPORC and FILPORC funded by the EU, to their kitchens!
European pork was the star of the day, while students brought the energy working into the recipes with no hesitation and plenty of enthusiasm. A guest chef guided the session, so it didn’t take long for the cooking areas to turn into a mix of focus, creativity… and a lot of “just checking” bites along the way.
