From August 18th to 21st, we travelled to Indonesia as part of the project “EU Dehydrated Fodder from Spain and Italy” by AEFA Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Alfalfa Deshidratada – ALFALFA SPAIN and Filiera Italiana Foraggi, funded by the EU. The agenda included farm visits, technical workshops and a seminar in Jakarta, all focused on EU dehydrated feed and how it can help boost the local dairy industry.
During the seminar, two European animal nutrition experts, Luca Bertola and Stefania Pasinato, explained everything from the production process to practical tips for getting the most out of it to the he 50 professionals attending.
Our team made sure the week ran smoothly, with plenty of coffee, plenty of muddy boots… and more than a few mosquito bites to prove we were there.
