AVIANZA has kept us busy this week, as we’ve been on the ground supporting their latest trade mission, a new milestone for the sector. Xiamen, Shanghai, Beijing… different cities, same challenge: a schedule packed with meetings with importers, distributors, associations and institutions that shape the future of food in this country and give Spanish poultry the visibility it deserves. Too many flights, but nothing that coffee couldn’t fix to keep us sharp on every single detail.
