From Tallinn to Hanoi and Saigon: inside Estonia’s first F&B trade mission to Vietnam

It has been non-stop for the past week. 🏃‍♀️ 💨

We have just finished an exciting trip with EAS and the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Vietnam. It was a fantastic opportunity for Estonian F&B companies to explore Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, learn about the local culture, and discover new business possibilities in the F&B import market.

We had more than 30 productive B2B meetings with potential partners. We also visited key retail spots and Saigon International Port and met with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry. These experiences were all about building stronger connections in the food and beverage sector between Vietnam and Estonia.

We also hosted two different networking events were held in the cities, hosting over 50 key representatives from the sector and members of both Chambers, all delighted to learn about this amazing country and their diverse Estonian F&B offerings.

Special thanks to Muoi Do, the Estonian Honorary Consul in Vietnam; Merit Fimberg-Espuch from the Estonian Chamber of Commerce & Industry; and Naimi Saartson from the Estonia-Asia Trade Agency. Their insights were incredibly helpful.

And of course, a big shoutout to the Estonian companies who joined us: LOOV – #1 organic Nordic superfood company, Haage vesi, Veganic OÜ, YOOK, and Anderson Beer.

We’re looking forward to the great partnerships and success stories that will come from this trip!
