The EU Dehydrated Fodder from Spain and Italy campaign, co-funded by the EU, has welcomed a delegation of nine Japanese professionals for its first European study trip with EIBENS leading the coordination on the ground.
The programme begins in Italy, travelling through Bologna, Ravenna, Pesaro and Taglio di Po, with visits to fodder fields, dehydration plants and a seminar, before heading to Spain for more meetings in Zaragoza, Sariñena and Almacelles before one last pit stop in Barcelona.
It’s a full agenda, but there’s no better way to understand the product than by walking the fields and having direct contact with producers and experts. Next year, Vietnamese and Taiwanese buyers will follow!
